Refund policy

All sales are final. Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care, and slight variations may occur, making every item unique. Due to the nature of handmade products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Be careful not to tug on the jewelry. Any damages or breakage that occurs due to pulling, tugging, dropping, etc will not be compensated.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I’ll be happy to review the situation and work toward a resolution.
